Todd Bigelow’s ‘The Business of Photography’ workshop is coming to the California Center for Digital Arts. This is an excellent opportunity for photographers, new or seasoned, to learn or relearn how to successfully manage and profit from their photographic work, especially at a time when the market is undergoing significant changes. . .

Todd is a seasoned editorial photographer with extensive credits and leading publications such as Time Sports Illustrated, Smithsonian, Der Spiegel (Europe’s leading news weekly), People, National Geographic Traveler, Newsweek, and his exhibitions grace many gallery walls and permanent collections. He built this training program from experience and has targeted the learning module for the career minded who are, or want to shoot for editorial, corporate, non-profit, and foundation clients.

Todd lives and teaches from Realville (lives in LA actually— real enough) , and his two-day course is full of practical business management and best practices and covers a host of critical subjects such as the fundamentals of copyrighting, developing social media integration skills that can enhance your client development strategies, agency representation, contract negotiations, and more.
